It is also home to numerous small farms, fabulous restaurants, unique historical sites and attractions, beautiful scenery, wonderful shops and boutiques, great schools and recreational areas, and a peaceful, family oriented atmosphere.Summary of Position:The CA licensed Home Health Nurse will assess patients prior to provision of care, then follow the plan of care. RN manages care of seriously ill, long-term, disabled, and terminally ill patients. Initiates preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Initiates timely discharges. Notifies the patient''s attending physican and other appropriate healthcare professionals and staff members of significant changes in the patient''s condition in a timely manner. The RN must demonstrate a basic working knowledge of regulatory requirements, as well as Home Care policies and procedures and helps to ensure compliance with legal issues including, but not limited to patient confidentialityThe duties the Home Health Nurse will vary according to the needs of the patient. The Nurse assigns and supervises home health aides. We are looking for someone can work independently and responsibly, using all safety precautions and infection control standards.Requirements:Current CA RN license and CPR. Must have reliable transportation with minimal insurance coverage.
