This position will develop, validate and generate analytics based on d in-depth understanding of available product data on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly as well as ad-hoc requests from U.S. Commercial team. The position will manage and direct relationships with external vendors in order to accomplish define projects and responsibilities. Accountable for managing internal relationships with Field Sales, Commercial Operations, Product Strategy, and IT to ensure customer and product data issues are dealt with appropriately and in timely manner. Provide additional support to department as required.Essential/Primary Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:Owner of product demand reporting and analysis quality control, design, development and timely delivery of accurate demand based sales reports for sales reps, and product Sales Management.* Serve as business expert for commercial team in regards to product demand sales data sources, structure, content, quality, and deliverables.* Serve as primary contact for National Sales Director and Regional Business Director for product reporting analytics and data needs.* Responsible for providing analysis and generate reports utilizing product demand, expense financials, and any other identified data sources* Responsible for administration and reporting product field incentive plan and contests.* Responsible for maintaining product zip code alignment, coordination of alignment within internal Onyx systems, and generation of geographical mapping reports* Leads product Sales Operations Council field user team to validate current tools/reports and generate ideas for future solutions.* Responsible for documenting product related department processes and procedures.* Responsible for directing identified outside consultants or vendor to accomplish identified projects.* Partner with Manager, Systems & Technology to ensure understanding and utilization of product sales data within appropriate internal applications.* Collaborate with partners (Commercial, Product Strategy, and IT) to identify opportunities for integration of information to improve operational efficiencies and systems.* Support the Access/ Reimbursement analytic needs of the commercial team * Familiarity and ability to work with Account level data and integrate such data with other data sets such as Pricing, Rebating and similar applications* Other duties as assigned  Requirements:Work Experience:* 5+ years business analytics experience* 3-5 years experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools* 2-3 years related experience in the pharmaceutical industry* Experience with incorporating multiple data source into business analytics toolset and other system integration Management of Staff:* Active communication within Commercial Operations Team and sales management and field sales* Active management of identified outside vendors Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:* Familiarity with database architecture* Working knowledge of statistical packages and software that operate on the desktop such as SAS, SPSS or similar* Familiarity with and basic SQL definite plus* Advanced skill level required in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Access* Project management skills* Ability to manage outside solution vendors* Strong quantitative analytical skills Education/Training:* College degree or equivalent required License/Certification Required:* Microsoft Certifications a plusOther Requirements: * Takes initiative to identify problems, issues and symptoms, within one&rsquo;s own area* Has knowledge understanding/implementing complicated business concepts* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to quickly bu
