<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>One of our large pharmaceutical companies is hiring!Duties: The job responsibility within the Biological Technologies group in Analytical Development and Quality Control, is to develop, qualify/validate, and troubleshoot biochemical/immunochemical and cell-based assays for clinical and to-be-marketed products. In addition, the candidate will perform testing in support of process development, stability, and lot release according to established test procedures and in compliance with cGMP's. Expectations will also include routine lab maintenance, writing S.O.P.'s, test procedures, protocols, reports, summarizing/presenting data and participating in inspection by regulatory agencies. Additional responsibilities may include writing SoftMax Pro template for new assays, equipment qualification, and supporting collaborations with other groups/sites.Skills The candidate will possess a B.S./MS in Biological Sciences with a minimum of 5 years experience in developing/performing cell based, biochemical and immunochemical assays or a PhD in the biological sciences with an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of cell biology. The candidate should have experience in cell culture and in developing/performing cell based and biochemical/immunochemical assays. GMP experience is preferred. The candidate must be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills. The candidates must also have the ability to work independently and in a team setting and to handle multiple projects.
