Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Team builder and ability to utilize team skills effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail essential. * Ability to relate to diverse communities. * Professional appearance and attitude.* Computer skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, as required. * A reliable and flexible means of transportation is required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and dependable.* High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year Degree preferred.* Strong general office skills and secretarial experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:* Performs general duties related to supporting the functions of the President/CEO’s Office; assists in coordinating meetings and meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, maintaining frequent flier/hotel reward programs, maintaining and updating contacts and scheduling in-person and phone appointments for President/CEO.* Reconciles monthly bank and credit card statements to include mileage reimbursement and expense reports.* Assists in storage of agency archival information including President/CEO Files, Board Meeting Minutes, Board files and minutes from Senior Staff meetings in accordance with agency and legal guidelines for data storage.* Assists in maintaining and updating Board and Committee information, e.g. Board Directory, Orientation Manual, Member Files, and monthly Board mailings.* Assist in set up of meetings, including but not limited to, all matters related to the preparation of meeting materials, room set up and breakdown, catering, etc. for Senior Staff Meetings, Board Meetings and Board Committee Meetings.* Responsible for sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail in the President/CEOs office.* Responsible for keeping the President/CEO’s Office equipped with marketing materials, business cards, stationary and supplies critical to the functioning of the office.* Participates in special projects and mailings as requested by supervisor.Requirements:Travel 0 - 25%Expertise Administrative SupportEducation some CollegeJob Type Full TimeLocation CA - SouthYears of Experience 3-5 yearsPreferred Language English
