Adhere to agency’s policies, procedures and protocols. This may include successfully completing agency, regional and/or state certification requirements.2. Adhere to affiliate goals and policies on professionalism, wait time in-clinic and on the system for addressing client complaints.3. Participate in health center efforts to achieve established goals for productivity.4. Participate in health center/affiliate efforts to achieve established revenue cycle goals.5. Perform physical and gynecological examinations for female patients including review of medical history, screening for abnormalities, and performance and interpretation and/or ordering of laboratory tests.6. Provide contraceptives.7. Abortion referral and counseling.8. Provide abortion services. 9. Perform genito-urinary exams of male patients in relation to testing and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections.10. Document patient data accurately and completely in the medical record.11. Evaluate and treat medical problems, ensuring follow-up and appropriate referrals as necessary.12. Supervise follow-up procedures for abnormal laboratory results.13. Dispense prescription medications under standing order.14. Perform pelvic exams to estimate length of pregnancy.15. Educate and counsel patients in reproductive health issues.16. Participate in a team approach to patient care, and deliver care in a professional, confidential, and expeditious manner.17. Manage emergency situations as they arise in the center, and consult with Medical Doctor as necessary.18. If trained and utilized by manager to do so, provide prenatal services, IUD, Norplant and Implanon, insertions and removals, and colposcopy and cryotherapy treatment.19. Once trained, care for abortion (surgical and medical) patients, including ultrasounds and post-operative care.20. Orient new clinicians as requested.21. Participate in a regularly scheduled peer review process, as required.22. Attend medical meetings, as required.23. Meet productivity goals of the center.OTHER DUTIES AND ABILITIES:1. May assist and train with venipuncture and/or other triaging responsibilities as needed.2. May participate in Clinic Assistant trainings.3. May assist with ordering, packaging and labeling of drugs.4. May assist with cleaning and maintenance of technical equipment (i.e. microscopes)5. If job duties require working abortion services, additional duties to include on call rotation during non-clinical hours. 6.
