Willingness to earn a degree required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following:* Adhere to Agency’s policies, procedures and protocols. This may include successfully completing Agency, regional, and/or State certification requirements.* Hire, coach, supervise and evaluate Center Managers; providing input on clinician behaviors which facilitate the effective management, sustained productivity, and financial solvency of clinical and educational programs and associated services within the area.* Serve as a resource to Center Managers and maintain a close working knowledge of community issues and Center and program operations regarding visits, service and financial trends, quality assurance issues and customer satisfaction. Providing support to the Center Managers in effectively managing opportunities in these areas.* Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of internal marketing measures, client satisfaction, client access, client retention and outcomes evaluation.* Work collaboratively with Senior Administrative Team, Medical Director, Director of Performance Management, Quality Management, Regional Clinical Leads, and other PPLA Services resource staff to assure that clinical, educational and
