Two years of supervisory experience preferred.- Demonstrated successful experience working with donors and volunteers of all backgrounds.- Superior writing, speaking and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with others.- Ability to prioritize set and accomplish goals and juggle multiple tasks.- Creative, self-starter with a team-player attitude.- Willingness to travel throughout Riverside County as needed.- Willingness to travel to San Diego for monthly staff meetings or as needed.Essential FunctionsEssential functions encompass the required tasks, duties, and responsibilities performed as part of the job and the reason the job exists.* Represent Planned Parenthood’s fund raising in Riverside County. Communicate the mission to potential community supporters.* Recommend, create and implement plans, strategies, and budgets to expand fund raising revenues in Riverside County.* Oversee and build a portfolio of donor prospects for gifts of $1,000 and, especially, $5,000 or more.* Responsible for defined metrics and volume of donor interactions and amount raised, showing clear evidence of having obtained more and often, upgraded gifts.* Oversee the development of individualized donor relationships, interactions and solicitations.
