Organize systematic programs with documented learning objectives and clear outcome measures/criterion. Includes both direct training responsibility as well as oversight/deployment of specialty services trainers including clinical lead trainers and Medical Assistant/Administrative Medical Assistant trainers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:1. Develop, administer, implement, evaluate and codify training programs for all Patient Services Staff: licensed, non-licensed and non-clinical for family planning and surgical sites.2. Develop, implement and evaluate training programs for both new hires and current incumbents.3. Conduct analysis to determine training needs and appropriate training methods based on subject matter and target audience.4. Evaluate and monitor on-going training/continuing education with concrete learning objectives.5. Monitor and create measures and reports on the efficiency of training program initiatives and demonstrate the use of quality improvement in daily productivity and operations.6. Continuously seek new approaches and practices to improve the financial objectives of the training and the development drivers of the Organization.7. Participate in direct, hands-on training in addition to oversight of clinical/specialty trainers. Develop clear and consistent guidelines for specialty trainers, and a comprehensive process for allowing specialty trainers to provide feedback and updates on trainee&rsquo;s status to both the leadership of patient services and human resources for the purpose of the personnel file/privileging tracking.8. Directly oversee the Medical Assistant Training Manager.9. Lead the development of materials and communication around any change initiative in the health centers, including increase in scope of practice, billing and coding changes and changes/enhancements in overall health center operations. Assure that change management processes are smooth and consistent.10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.11. Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Patient Services and the Medical Director, including participation in quarterly clinician meetings and consultation on new product rollout.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:&bull;Strong understanding of curriculum design and methods of delivery for training programs at all levels.&bull;Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop and revise training programs.&bull;Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously.&bull;Ability to work independently and in a team environment.&bull;Highly creative, innovative and motivated.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
