Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Director, Performance Management provides leadership to effect change through data/information and drive process improvements with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the agency’s mission and vision for the highest level of safety, speed, and efficiency in patient care services across all ambulatory Health Centers. Ensures strategic assessment of compliance to all regulatory and accreditation agencies. Creates and implements activities to improve compliance through education and process improvement. Acts as a primary champion for process transformation consistent with PPLA’s strategic plan and leads the root cause analyses to eliminate deficiencies that may adversely affect patients, visitors and employees.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
