The Center Manager directs a multi-service program overseeing the full range of reproductive health care services including family planning, surgical, and other diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions, and revenue generating services.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing patient and employee complaints and resolving issues.* Responsible for all matters related to management and non-direct patient care related services in a multi-leveled services facility. Oversee full range of services including but not limited to reproductive health care, primary care, managed care, and surgical services.* Accountable for the financial aspects of the center&rsquo;s daily operations. Planning, forecasting, developing and managing an average annual budget of $850k.
