The Center Supervisor also oversees the day to day responsibilities involved in overseeing a multi-service program which includes a full range of reproductive health care services, family planning, surgical services and other diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions, and revenue generating.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing patient and employee complaints , resolving issues, and effectively managing health center flow..* Responsible for all matters related to the day to day supervising and non-direct patient care related services in a multi-leveled services facility. Oversee full range of services including but not limited to reproductive health care, primary care, managed care, and Surgical services..* Responsible for ensuring that health center is in compliance with established performance metrics.* In conjunction with the Health Center Manager is accountable for the financial aspects of the center&rsquo;s daily operations.
