Experience in a leadership role in the healthcare field preferred.Essential FunctionsEssential functions encompass the required tasks, duties, and responsibilities performed as part of the job and the reason the job exists.* Participate as a member of the Patient Services leadership team to ensure the provision of high quality, cost effective medical care and excellent customer services provided by center staff.* Participate in health center efforts to achieve established goals for productivity and quality metrics.* Adhere to affiliate policies on professionalism, wait time in-clinic and on the phone, and the system for addressing client complaints.* Participate in health center/affiliate efforts to achieve established revenue cycle goals.* Work in collaboration with the Quality Department and Director of Medical Services to conduct audits of medical programs and practices, make assessments and create and implement improvement plans for their staff and centers.* Ensure compliance with established Agency quality and productivity metrics including visits per hour and RVUs per hour.* Serve as a medical resource to center staff regarding medical protocols and client medical management issues.* Ensure overall quality provision of medical services at the health center by conducting thorough monitoring and assessment of systems, medical equipment and supplies.* Assist with ongoing evaluation and monitoring of program and services related to center and client services.* In partnership with the Center Manger, provide ongoing assessments, feedback and interventions of all licensed and non-licensed staff in their medical healthcare delivery through annual evaluations and performance management.
