ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:* Create, implement, manage and evaluate staff learning, individualized skills building plans and training programs to improve staff satisfaction, retention and productivity.* Facilitation of LEADS meeting. Monitor meeting efficiency and effectiveness. Advocate for systems improvement as needed.
