Communicates and coordinates quality management and improvement activities with the Quality Management Specialist, and Patient Services staff including the Center Managers and Regional Clinical Leaders around quality study follow up plans, data collection needed, and all required submittals. Gathers, organizes and tabulates quality improvement follow up plans and outcomes. Prepares, communicates, and maintains quality data reports for routine presentation to the Quality Management committee, Risk Management committee and the Performance Improvement Committee of the Board. In collaboration with Patient services identifies new areas for improvement based on outcome measures.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
