leadership to the facilities maintenance staff,
including development and management training to
supervisors, shift leaders, and hourly staff for a
medium to large facility, oversee the utilization
of the computerized maintenance management system,
and will communicate with all other departments
including operations, human resources, safety, IS,
and transportation.
High School Diploma with focus in technical
trades, BS in Management  or Engineering a plus.
Six years of experience in Facilities Management
with a focus in maintenance.
Strong computer skills.
Computer Experience in CMMS system is a plus.
