<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Energy Resource Company is looking for the right person who will be responsible for all personnel and equipment involved in safe and efficient production of steam and electricity.  Experienced in leading the coordination, monitoring and controlling of all on-shift operations.  Responsibilities will include, ensuring that all site safety and environmental requirements and procedures are followed and take corrective action as necessary.  Will oversee all station operations, including startup, shutdown, inspection , routine chemical testing, all switching and tagging and equipment trouble-shooting.  Will assist the Operations Manager and Lead OM in maintaining administrative documents, generating reports and initiating action to replenish consumables.  Will provide feedback regarding the technical and administrative conduct of shift operations.  Will assists in planning daily operations schedules and training development.  Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively and perform mathematical calculations.  Must have 3 years of power plant experience in operations and maintenance.  Must have knowledge of power plant safety policies and procedures.  Must also have experience in at least 4 listed areas pipefitting, welding, machining, rigging, rotating machine repair, fabrication, machine alignment, piping schematics, electrical theory and safety.
