The ideal candidate has a solid background in Java based test automation and at least two of the following: databases, networking and/or Linux system administration. This is a hands-on position for a sharp and creative engineering manager who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with industry leading products and technology.Responsibilities:Primary responsibility will be centered on increasing automation coverage across products and mentoring and growing the team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the team and also contribute to projects. This includes, but is not limited to, developing automation roadmaps driven by product teams, managing automated test cases which utilize shared libraries, tools, and scripts in an Object Oriented environment, working closely with QA to develop automated test plans and establishing key relationships across engineering and product management.
