The candidate should also be experienced with spacecraft acoustic analysis and testing, with shock and vibration isolation systems and mitigation approaches, and have experience with subcontractors supporting component shock and vibration testing.Specific Job Description Perform structural dynamics, vibroacoustics, and shock analysis on complex spacecraft components and structures. Develop acoustic, random vibration and shock requirements for component specifications. Support testing, and review and analyze acoustic, random vibration, and shock test results. Generate analysis simulations of spacecraft components and systems using finite element tools such as NASTRAN to simulate structure and environments and derive requirements. Develop modal dynamic finite element models, determine loads, and perform load cycle analysis.
