We currently have this position open at our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division (CRMD):Job OverviewPackaging and Labeling SpecialistSt. Jude Medical has an opportunity or a Pack and Labeling Specialist. The specialist assists in overseeing the schedule and tracking the workflow of the design/development of packaging materials and labels as well as ensuring that labels, manuals, and other associated package contents are consistent across all manufacturing sites. Identifies compliance with the package- and label-development process. Assists with coordinating changes to packaging materials, labels and user manuals. Work requires the application of theoretical principles and creative/analytical techniques typically acquired in a recognized four-year or more academic course of study. Implements SJM/CRMD and department specific policies, practices and procedures to accomplish assignments and resolves a range of issues and problems. Identifies and routinely uses the most effective, cost efficient and best business practices to execute processes; continually evaluates their effectiveness and appropriateness. Promotes the process of continuous quality improvement and risk management, and coordinates solutions for packaging and labeling issues. Work is reviewed in progress for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy/accuracy. Performs special assignments and projects as directed.Requirements/Education:
