Processes data in order to post pone Federal Loan(s) and track high risk borrowers. This position is responsible for maintaining the stated Default Management Goals and Customer Service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a.) Contact borrowers using all tools given.b.) Give assistance to any borrower that calls, emails, faxes etc., process any formsc.) Communicate with Director of Default Management regarding the status of assigned duties.d.) Responsible in helping to maintain a default rate below 15% for all campus groups.e.) Offering our customer service skills to our delinquent borrowers.f.) Assisting the default team in seeing everyday tasks are completed.g.) Responsibility of tracking delinquent borrowers. h.) Works on special projects as assigned by supervisor.i.) Attends additional meetings as assigned by supervisor.j.) Meet deadlines for project, activities, and reports.JOB QUALIFICATIONS• Knowledge: Knowledge of the Federal Family Education Loan Program.• Skill: Customer Service oriented.• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
