is seeking a 2013 summer intern for our Quality
department located at our Turlock, CA plant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory chemical and microbiological
testing of finished products and incoming
ingredients.
- Perform physical and organeoleptic evaluations
of finished products and incoming ingredients
i.e. pizza melt tests.
- Assist with food safety programs including
sanitation, glass control and pathogen
environmental monitoring.
- Other Quality Assurance duties, as assigned.
- Other Production duties, as assigned.
Requirements - The qualified candidate will be
a junior or senior in the fall of 2013, with
degree focus in Food Science, Ag Science or
Biology.
