Acts as a role model while supporting, developing, and managing staff.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS: It is the duty of all employees to provide the highest level of customer service to our patients, visitors, and coworkers at all times.·Communicate effectively and courteously. Address customers using eye contact in a polite, expedient, and helpful tone of voice.Continually update knowledge to provide current/correct information to those requesting assistance. Annually review department/company policies and procedures.·Act as a dignified liaison between all BPMM departments and its customers.Mannerisms reflect professionalism, courteousness, dignity, and approachability.Employee will not display behaviors/mannerisms or make remarks that may be construed as impolite, rude, inflammatory, or derogatory towards patients, visitors, or coworkers.·Address and calm potentially tense situations.Make informed and educated decisions on little notice and with minimal supervisor involvement.·Act in a responsible and trustworthy manner at all times.Take responsibility when supervision is not available.·Identify chain of command and utilize resources effectively.Effectively research and resolve problems/situations routinely encountered during the work shift.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:It is the duty of all employees to understand and perform their job tasks to the highest level at all times.·Conducts computer training programs for end-users and assists them in the personalization of clinical and business systems through the development tools, templates and settings.·Develops and provides content for use in the development of instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) curriculum.·Creates/designs and updates training documents, skill units, computer aids, reference tools, practiceexercises and skill assessments utilizing a variety of formats.Confers with others as needed to plan and accomplish goals.·Participates in various projects,work groups and team meetings to ensure achievement of quality outcomes, objectives, timetables, and overall integration of best practices in clinical and business office decisions and documentation.·Maintains a high level of expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned Epic applications.Draws on own background to consult and advise users, management, physicians, and others concerning the purpose, features, functions and proper uses of applications.·Works closely with clinical staff and application support staff on conducting workflow and needs analyses to guide application configuration to meet practice needs.·Uses experiences to actively participate in the analysis of potential application modifications, upgrades, replacements, extensions or additions that may result from changing business conditions or the availability of new technology.·Participates in training, application implementation (go-lives), and post-go-live support and optimization activities.Acts as a liaison for MCMF physicians and staff for implementation andongoing post-implementation support.·Works closely with application developers and other trainers in supporting the customer servicedevelopment needs for all end-user training.Customizes programs to meet business office, clinicalsite and individual end-user needs.·Identifies and resolves routine problems and issues associated with assigned applications to ensure high levels of application availability and user satisfaction.Provides end-user feedback to clinical teams and technical specialists to ensure understanding of needs, assignments and overall goals.·Works closely with application
