This includes both electronic and manual processing of refunds, and banking services including reconciliation, lockboxes processing, petty cash/exchange funds, e-cashiering/pay-only, courier services, liaison to Finance and Accounting. The position works in a cooperative team environment to provide value to customers (internal or external). The Banking Services Specialist should remain in full compliance with all departmental, institutional, and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
