<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, Inc. TVHC is a premier provider of community-based healthcare in So. Alameda County. We are currently looking for a skilled handyman to assist with maintenance of our facilities and perform miscellaneous errands as assigned. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in facilities maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical, HVAC, etc. Other general duties include set-up/tare down of conference rooms, storage and distribution of supplies, replenishing toiletries in bathrooms, performing routine and cosmetic fixes to building e.g. painting, replacing tile, installing wall equipment, maintenance of grounds to ensure cleanliness, pick up spills, and assisting clinic staff with other maintenance tasks as requested.
Must have CA valid drivers license, be insured and available to drive between Fremont, Union City and Hayward mileage reimbursement available. Position may require background investigation and drug testing. HS Diploma or GED highly preferred.
Position is Full-Time 40 hrs. per week Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Position includes excellent company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ADD/LTD Insurance, and pension plan.
