This includes the development and execution of all marketing strategy plans and businessreviews. This individual will manage a team of product managers focused on strategic activities for the brand. Specific responsibilities Include:* Hiring, coaching and development of direct reports* Development & implementation of 3-year Brand Plan, quarterly business reviews and performance analyses* Creation of clear, actionable strategies that capitalize on opportunities within the disease area including proactive competitive strategies, access strategies, and launch planning for multiple anticipated line extensions * Leadership of commercial subteams and collaboration on cross-functional teams/projects necessary to maximize commercial success * Working in partnership with market planning to develop the market research plan for ACTEMRA * Work in partnership with the Roche International Business Team to ensure US plans align with exUS plans and are informed by global learnings; serve as US representative on the IBT and attend LCT meetings as requested* Develops and manages a considerable marketing budget* Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of GNE activities * Significant international and domestic business travel, by air or car, is required for regular internal and external business meetingsWho You AreQualifications: * Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams* Demonstrated ability to influence without authority* Proven strategic agility, ability to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive marketplace* Strong analytical skills, including previous experience working with forecasts and analyzing market research results* Ability to understand clinical data sets and identify their strategic and competitive implications* Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets (eg. financial, KPI, sales plan) as well as qualitative goals* Strong knowledge of product development, regulatory and medical affairs* Proven ability to successfully coach, develop and manage others* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills * Previous brand marketing experience, particularly with subcutaneous products, in the same or related therapeutic area is a plus * Bachelors Degree* MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred* 8 or more years&#39; work experience in product marketing, field sales management, or market planning management in the pharmaceutical/biotech/or other related industry, with a minimum of 4 years&#39; previous brand marketing experience* Previous field sales experience/sales management experience is preferred
