Customer payments may include responsibilities, as assigned, for overseeing processing of fees, rebates, and discounts, as per the terms of each contract. Group Managers and their teams act as subject matter experts (SMEs) on SPCM Contract Operations processes, collaborating with Contract Operations partners and stakeholders in various meetings, initiatives and projects. Group Managers and their teams are expected to develop and maintain expertise in the processes, calculations, systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support customer payments. Group Managers are also expected to lead, as assigned, cross-functional projects and other initiatives. Group Managers are standing members of the Contract Operations Leadership Team and, therefore, play critical roles in the ongoing development of Contract Operations
