Manage a team that provides first line operational user support for Customer Operations processes and systems including SAP, ValuTrak, SFDC, Genentech Web Ordering and Access databases.? Serve as the primary linkage into our IT & SOIM organizations. Establish and manage a collaborative partnership with all touch points in IT, including gCOI, SAP, Mobility, Database Operations, Security, Data Services, Program Management, etc. Deliver high quality high value technical solutions. Ability to be the CO face to IT and the IT face to CO.? Communicate and ensure a thorough understanding and appreciation of business goals & objectives in discussions with IT, SOIM and other partners.? Ensure business needs across CO are collected, prioritized and communicated to IT. Communicate frequently to all CO groups the current status of M&E and projects including timing, prioritization, testing & resource needs, training requirements and process impacts.? Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Access Solutions, Production Planning, SPCM, SOIM, IT, Distribution, Field & Internal Account Managers, others across CO, other MCCO groups, data and process owners, external business partners and 3rd parties.? Develop meaningful and compelling business cases aligned with CO objectives. Shepherd M&E and project requests through the appropriate processes, Business and IT review & approval boards as well as IT lifecycle phase gates. ? Lead the annual MCCO planning & prioritization process in working with IT and SOIM partners to develop and maintain a three year roadmap of IT initiatives to support CO business objectives. ? Lead the development of new and innovative strategies and solutions that synergize technical capabilities and business objectives.? Represent CO interests on key cross-functional initiatives and technology projects that impact Customer Operations processes and/or systems.? Participate in various roles (program, project, business sponsor or lead, Customer Operations rep, subject matter expert, etc.) on cross-functional projects. Projects may include areas such as channel inventory management and compliance monitoring, channel customer portal, business intelligence, data analysis and reporting.? Your team will streamline and optimize Customer Operations processes and solutions through the design, development, testing, implementation and support of processes and technical solutions.? Provide business partners and stakeholders with expertise, insights and recommendations about how technology can be applied to improve business operations and increase financial and business results.?
