The attorney will provide advice, education, training and legal direction on typical managed care issues such as managed-care pricing and contracting, third party payor laws, privacy, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, antitrust, and other laws impacting the commercialization of biotech drugs. This attorney will help review marketing and educational materials developed by the managed care and customer services department.Who You AreJuris Doctorate Degree required with a minimum of 3+ years of healthcare law experience. Private practice experience and experience with pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred but not required.
