The position leads a team of Informatics professionals consisting of application developers, project managers, business systems analysts and testers/validation professionals. The team is responsible for both custom development, as well as support of commercially available applications using a standard project management and development methodology that is suitable for regulated (GxP) environments. The position is part of the PT Biologics IT organization.Main responsibilities:* Provide IT leadership to business partners and the Informatics organization including delivery of business applications in support of business objectives* Coordinates the analysis, design and development of IT projects, software upgrades, and the deployment of new services or products* Manage operations around 15 local, regional and global* Manage issue escalations from the team members* Manage external consultants and near-shore (e.g. ADMD) resources to supplement team organization* Manage, coach and support development of individual team members
