The purpose of the Operational Excellence Lead role is to lead and manage OE (Operational Excellence) and CI (Continuous Improvement) activities across Access Solutions' cross-functional departments and teams. As such, the OE Lead will play a critical role in helping Access Solutions optimize performance, productivity and efficiencies across their programs, services and other operations.
