The PLM will develop business proposals with specific recommendations on market justification; technology investigations, competitive offerings and product differentiation to develop these new markets. As part of this, the PLM will have a plan for new product introduction and customer launch plans. The position is responsible for the business success of the product line portfolio globally, focusing on market analysis, portfolio management, business strategy and overall profitability. You will evolve existing solutions, launch innovative new products and create key industry partnerships to help measure and improve the experience of their customers. In many cases, this person will be the primary technical point of contact with carriers and partners for major projects. This individual will also be tasked with converting these use cases into technical requirements, identifying any feature gaps, and working with R&D to close those gaps. Lastly, the position will involve interacting with other product managers and marketing leads to refine and tailor developer and carrier facing collateral.
