Please take this opportunity to learn about Genentech, where we believe that our employees are our most important asset and are dedicated to remaining a great place to work.The PositionPosition location: SSF, Welwyn, Basel, Dee Why or ShanghaiJob Purpose:* To ensure strategic implementation, institutionalization, delivery and maintenance of PDQ business process training, information and knowledge management practices.* To ensure that methodologies, processes and tools are consistently used to effectively manage and maintain PDQ business practices, processes and training offerings for PDQ as a whole.* To ensure business process training, information and knowledge management project requirements and timelines are clearly defined and align with departmental goals, business needs and priorities.Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:* Establishes and uses knowledge management methodologies to ensure the global standardization of business process training, information and knowledge management practices.* Responsible for implementing PDQ business process training, information and knowledge management methodologies and processes that are efficient, effective, scalable and institutionalized.* Identifies, establishes and institutionalizes technologies utilized as the hard infrastructure foundation of business process training, information and knowledge management practices.* Identifies, establishes and implements systems to ensure explicit knowledge is easily and intuitively accessible to PDQ as a whole.* Identifies, establishes and implements systems, forums and activities to ensure* Applies established methodologies and processes consistently to ensure and gauge effectiveness of and compliance to business processes and competency training with the objective of establishing a high level of measured competency and productivity in PDQ as a whole.* In collaboration with functional leadership, responsible for maintaining currency and transparency of all business processes related to people development and management.* In collaboration with functional leadership, responsible for delivering business process training as required to PDQ as a whole.* Responsible for establishing capability of delivering business process training to ensure maximum coverage in a global setting.* Responsible for delivering or partnering with functional representatives to deliver PDQ systems training to PDQ as a whole and to stakeholders as required.* Responsible for ensuring information/knowledge management life cycle oversight is operational and that findings and recommendations are available to functional leadership in alignment with planning cycles and as otherwise requested as well as to stakeholders as required.* Responsible for ensuring that business process and systems training meet objectives at the site, functional and global level by establishing and incorporating assessment methodologies during planning stages.* Leads and participates on cross-functional teams and is responsible for ensuring business process training, information and knowledge management deli
