Responsibilities will include managing multiple heavy calendar schedules, answering busy phones, typing and proofing of correspondence and other documents, preparing presentations using PowerPoint, managing files and records, booking travel arrangements, planning and scheduling onsite and offsite meetings, and arranging payment of invoices. The job requires handling of, and exercising judgment and discretion concerning, sensitive confidential and proprietary information.Who You AreThe candidate should have at least 4 years of recent experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. A record of high-quality work, sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism are required. The ability to work effectively, independently and accurately, sometimes under pressure, and the ability to work and interact with a wide range of people, including administrative colleagues, senior management, and various departments within the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
