Please take this opportunity to learn about Genentech, where we believe that our employees are our most important asset and are dedicated to remaining a great place to work.The PositionPurposeThe Commercial Operations Informatics Sr. Manager-Data Integration will be responsible for delivering IT services and support to the Commercial Operations Data Integration technology solutions as well as staff administrative support for the Commercial Operations Informatics Data Integration team. Data Integration technology solutions are Master Data Management (MDM) and Incentive Compensation for Field Sales (IC) along with components for data landing, staging and loading including integrating with master data management and transactional systems and the Commercial data warehouse and data marts. These solutions will support over 5000 end-users and services to the 30+ Genentech/Roche brands in the US. The Commercial Operations Informatics Data Integration team is comprised of Project Managers, Business/Data Analysts, Technical Leads and Technical Developers.The Sr. Manager-Data Integration will be a member of the IT Americas North America Data Services Leadership Team and will report directly to the head of IT Americas North America Data Services. Responsibilities:Manages projects, maintenance/enhancements, and support for the gCOI Data Integration IT solutions (MDM and IC) as well as the Informatica and Callidus infrastructureActs as the Informatics Solution Owner for the Master Data Management and Incentive Compensation solutions.Acts as component owner for Informatica (all Genentech), and Commercial Callidus and Exadata infrastructure.Acts as component owner for data warehouse components supporting Commercial Business Intelligence (BI) and Operational Data Reporting solutions supporting various business function specific needs.Establishes and monitors service and support metrics demonstrating continuous improvements of associated processes.Works closely with the Commercial Operations Business Solution Owners (BSO) to establish strategies and roadmaps for the IT solutionsProactively networks and builds strong partnerships with the Commercial Operations data warehouse BSOsEstablishes positive working relationships with Sales and Operations Information Management and Managed Care Contract Operations key stakeholdersActs as the people manager for Commercial Operations Informatics Data Integration team (performance planning, development planning, performance reviews, salary, bonus, and stock administration, career planning, etc.)Develops medium and long term work force plans for the Informatics Data Integration organizationManages vendor relationships, contracts, roadmaps etc. with Informatica, Callidus and other solution vendors.Directs the work on large contingent workforce supporting projects, maintenance & enhancements, and operational support activities.Manages budget associated with the Commercial Operation Informatics Data IntegrationWho You AreRequirements:Must have 5-10 years of related experience with Oracle (or equivalent) concepts and to
