Consult directly with senior HR leadership on people strategy. Provide enterprise wide consulting and support, delivering a broad range of OD and people analytics, establishing a proactive and quantitatively focused approach for decision making on both organizational and HR initiatives. (60%)Lead and/or collaborate with client facing OD team members to deliver solutions to individual business units. (40%)ResponsibilitiesThrough a strong quantitative orientation:* Design employee research and assessment methodologies for HR initiatives* Provide survey project leadership and consultation with Roche Group Human Resources; including vendor selection, content development, data interpretation/analysis, presentation, follow-up data collection, and action planning* Manage and continually improve multiple enterprise-wide employee assessment processes (e.g., New Hire Survey, Exit Survey, Exit Interview, Annual Survey) in a changing organization* Evaluate effectiveness of people programs and other change efforts (e.g., new hire orientation, training, OD interventions, performance management)* Develop employee assessment programs that take advantage of predictive analytics* Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of metrics* Work collaboratively with clients and team members utilizing data based methodologies to identify underlying business issues, root causes, and client needs* Provide assessment, analysis and advisement regarding specific change initiatives or interventions* Provide data analytic support on work leading to people impact, organizational effectiveness, and efficiencyAdditional ResponsibilitiesThis position is located in South San Francisco, however some travel may be required.Who You AreExperience* MBA or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field* 10+ years of organization development and organizational change experience, with an emphasis on using quantitative analysis to support business outcomes* Experience leading a human capital metrics, workforce research and analytics, or related human resources research practice* Experience leading Organizational Change Assessment, Strategy and Planning, Organization Design, Development, Effectiveness, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Culture Transformation* Demonstrated project management, implementation, and execution ability on projects that involve accelerated timelines* Scholarship in Human Resources metrics and analytics, demonstrated by thought leadership in either academic or professional presentations and publications* Strong and recent experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel)* Experience working in a global organization is an advantageKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Ability to work closely
