In this role the Training Manager / Sr. Training Manager will partner with relevant internal departments, including Managed Care & Customer Operations (MCCO) leadership, Access Solutions, Operations and Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) Leadership, Managed Care Marketing, Commercial Training & Development (CT&D), and Legal.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* Partner with internal teams in the development and delivery of managed care and reimbursement training in alignment with MCCO vision and strategy* Develop, design, and implement training programs for Access Solutions staff and leadership* Lead and assist with MCCO Field Teams and internal Access Solutions projects that are tied to MCCO goals* Demonstrate ability to collaborate and negotiate business solutions in a complex and fast-pased matrixed* environment* Create training activities to ensure field and home office alignment* Work with vendors and internal SMEs to create and develop training programs based on the needs and requests of the training advisory council* Create relevant assessments and surveys to identify training opportunities* Develop and implement appropriate pull through activities for training curriculum* Partner with GA and other MCCO groups to provide pertinent reimbursement updates* Provide project management structure to deploy training solutions* Serve as subject matter expert in triaging questions related to Access Solutions role training* Refine Access Solutions curriculum to align with evolving business priorities* Serve as key member of training and implementation subteams for key MCCO initiatives* Analyze, design, develop and evaluate training solutions, including interactive instructor-led courses, self-instruction, online learning, job aids, and other performance-based solutions* Ensure readiness of organization for training deployment, including identifying key stakeholders and determine what they need to contribute for high quality delivery to occur, and planning communications* Lead or participate in projects designed to improve training and learning throughout Commercial, applying standards, performing needs assessments and evaluations, designing, developing, and delivering training, as appropriate* Identify and effectively manage external vendors and internal resources for collaboratively developing training programs* Market programs to ensure awareness and proper utilization* Create metrics and assess impact of training programs* Edit training materials for formatting, flow, readability, and educational effectivenessWho You AreREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CORE COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE* 5 or
