<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Client Services Professional - Business Banking Sales Support - Upland, CALocation: US-CA-Upland-WM2464 Upland / 42937Job Number:_120072498The Client Services Professional (CSP) will be responsible for leading the client's product, service and operational issue solutions and/or escalation in a highly engaged and effective manner. They will also act as liaison with Relationship Managers and Business Banking customers while keeping the banking team aware of key issues. The position includes extensive customer contact with top-tier Business Banking customers. The CSP can accompany Relationship Managers on customer/prospect calls to outline service model and/or address key issue. Responsibilities include daily telephone contact with customer including in-person visits to support cash management product issue resolution, account open processes, loan documentation processes, receive investigations/inquiries including payroll issues, fund/payoff loans, transfer funds, and research overdrafts. The CSP will use a case management tracking process to capture target client issues and complaints for management review. Lead customer engagement activities associated with key remediation activities associated with regulatory, risk remediation and or other key business objectives. A strong knowledge of Treasury Services cash management products, loan booking procedures, compliance policies (AML, KYC, etc.) and enterprise systems (CA, CC, TAS-O, etc.), operational risk mitigation and business credit products would be helpful. Under general direction of the Business Banking Client Service Manager the Customer Service Professional performs the following activities :* Maintain and proactively manages a portfolio of Business Banking customers for optimal service delivery of issues and inquiry handling. * Coordinate one-on-one update sessions with assigned Relationship Managers.* Actively participate in pre-call planning* Identify and submit product referral opportunities to appropriate source* Assist with post-approval loan process, including preparing packages for loan closings and renewals* Manage Loan Booking Process* Assist with Credit Risk Management, i.e., collecting information needed for financial monitoring* Ensure workstation and sensitive data are secured at all times* Supporting all KYC and AML processes needed for regulatory compliance* May perform other special duties or assignments as requested or requiredQualifications:Desired Background* 2 years prior banking experience in a sales, sales support, operations, or customer service position (Branch, Loan Servicing or Loan Center position)* General knowledge of loan documentation and the loan approval process* Working knowledge of the Bank's products, services, policies and procedures* Ability to work independently in a high volume environment* General administrative skills: filing, typing, organizing information* Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills* PC skills to include Microsoft products and Bank loan and deposit systems* High school graduateKey Competencies* Customer focused individual* Well-developed oral and written communication skills* Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up skills* Strong organizational skills* Focus on accuracy and attention to detail* Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-taskJPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits package and highly competitive compensation package.JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/VJob: Sales Support
