Job Description We currently have a new opening for a HVAC/ plumbing professional to help in our estimating department.
Location Vacaville, CA 95688
Compensation Highly Competitive Overall Compensation Package DOE plus benefits
Minimum Qualifications
Be a self starter
Have good organization and time management skills
Experience taking off medium to large commercial HVAC  plumbing systems
Experience using Microsoft office with a strong emphasis on Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in a team oriented setting
Drawing plumbing system isometrics
Flexible with job duties and work schedule as strict deadlines will be required
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Familiar with Quickpen or Quote Express Estimating Software
Bidding Private, Federal and Public works projects
Knowledge of Industrial piping systems
Additional Skills Not required
The Ideal candidate for this position will meet the qualifications above as well as the following.
Experience with the following delivery models Hard bid, Design-Build, Construction management, prime trades, time  materials/ job order contracts and negotiated bids.
Experience in Mechanical piping systems and dry side HVAC systems.
Current Mechanical Engineering student or recent graduate with background in plumbing
