POSITION SUMMARY
The Education Specialist/Client Management Associate II ES/CMA II plans and implements all US sales training efforts in support of the US Neuromodulation product platforms and related therapies. The ES develops and manages training strategies and systems to educate and develop the inside sales force. The ES plans and develops a professional training curriculum for Sales employees in both individual contributor and leadership positions. The ES will consult with field trainers to ensure execution of new hire training programs.
This position will be based in Valencia, CA to take advantage of planned sales training synergies primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining a training system that enhances product and sales development functional excellence and furthers the achievement of business growth goals through the design, development, and delivery of relevant, outcome-based training programs to both new and experienced Neuromodulation personnel. In addition to educational responsibilities, the ES/CMAII will spend a significant amount of time on the phone fostering strong relationships with new patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies and sales representatives. In addition to acting as the primary inside customer contact, the ES/CMAII will also be responsible for working with field sales representatives to manage required documentation and guiding patients, physicians, and therapists through the process of obtaining our therapies.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years contact center experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare.
Minimum 3 years of training experience.
6+ years of work experience in progressively responsible roles.
