This position will report to the General Manager and will oversee a non-union team of 20 employees. Day to day, this role will be responsible for overseeing cafeteria operations, and kitchen and host(ess) staff. Our ideal candidate will have food service supervisory/management experience, stellar communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience managing a food service team in a hospital environment is strongly preferred.
