<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Exercise Planner IVLocation Vandenberg AFB, CA Job Description and Requirements:USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking an Exercise Planner IV to work out of Vandenberg, CA.This position is contingent upon award of contract.Requirements:- Ten (10) years of technical experience in planning, developing, coordinating and executing space and cyber participation in Command, Service, CJCS and COCOM exercises, demonstrations and experiments.- Master''s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science IT, Software Engineering or eight (8) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement.- Final Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).Duties:- Provide support in the planning and execution of AFSPC-directed serviceand joint exercises.- Attend planning conferences to establish execution events, timelines and communication requirements.- Participate in and directly supports execution of plannedexercises by developing scenario events and acting as white cell participants.- Develop after action reports which capture lessons learned.- Provide exercise, experiment, demonstration planning support- Develop, coordinate and execute space and cyber events and capabilities within exercises, experiments and demonstrations and work with other organizations both internal and external to the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) to provide realistic and valuable advanced training events.- Develop, plan and execute JSpOC participation in CJCS, COCOM, USAF and other Service exercises, experiments and demonstrations as defined by the HQ AFSPC Component Exercise Plan.- For each event, the contractor shall develop schedules, plans and briefings; coordinate/ monitor activities, and report on those activities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, etc.- Coordinate with DoD, Combatant Commands, Services, National Agencies and other government, civil and commercial activities in crafting the scenarios/events/vignettes and level of support requirements for space and cyber activities within each exercise, experiment or demonstration. This will require accesses up to TS/SCI and in some instances, access to SAP/SAR and IJSTO.- Provide recommendations on how to effectively integrate space and cyber capabilities and systems into Joint, COCOM and Service level exercises, experiments or demonstration.- Review appropriate OPLANs, previous Lessons Learned, combatant commander''s websites, and gather historical activity information. Use this information to assist the training audiences in drafting training objectives for each event.- Provide off-station exercise support to include assistance in planning conferences, coordination meetings, training events, etc.- Have working knowledge of tools used for exercise planning such as JTIMS, JMSEL, JILLS, DCO, etc.- Prepare event-related documents (i.e., trip reports, exercise planning/execution products, after-action reports, meeting minutes) within organizational and host expected time requirements. Trip reports are required within 5 business days from end of conferences/meetings.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).- Travel is required in conjunction with this position to include possible travel to overseas locations.
