The I&E Technician performs work of high skill in the inspection, calibration, repair, testing, adjustment, installation, and removal of all electronic and electrical plant equipment and systems.Position Responsibilities* Perform all duties in manner consistent with environmental, health and safety policies* Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders* Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation plant.* Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs.* Adhere to all quality procedures related to the production and release of medical products* Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic, anlaytical, electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation.* Perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.* Works with management team to schedule calibration and preventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic quality goals.* Assists in the development and administration of comprehensive spare parts program.* Assists in the training and development of others
