Pre-orders sales for delivery to retail stores Responsible for pre-order sales distributing and delivering products to existing customers on assigned route. Maintains schematic compliance and set up new product and promotion displays in retail stores Stocks rotates and maintains products on all shelves in retail stores Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships Resolves customer complaints immediately Provides product forecasts for upcoming promotions for assigned customers Sells company products based on store plans and to gain space on shelf and in displays in retail stores. Responsible for accurate daily inventory and proper truck vehicle cleanliness which may include defrosting of unit Maintains compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and Company safety regulations policies and procedures including reporting and record keeping. Delivers product to retail stores using DOT regulated truck one or more days per pay period. Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent Years of Related Experience: One or more years related experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic math and language skills. In certain geographical locations other languages may be preferred; ability to operate and maintain company equipment including handhelds computers etc; develop maintain and monitor relationships with store level accounts; effective oral and written communication skills; must possess valid driver?s license. Must meet Federal Department of Transportation driver eligibility and medical certification requirements and must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) from state of residence in order to operate a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR of 26001 lbs or greater.
