An efficient work routine effective time management and troubleshooting proper use and care of tools and equipment work safely and appropriately use company provided technologies.
This position requires - One year of experience performing mechanical, electrical or plumbing service or the equivalent.
Responsibilities include - Performing quality service to domestic and commercial appliances and equipment for natural gas customers and other natural gas related activities complying with all policies and procedures in the Customer Service Manual.
Incumbent must pass all written tests and/or hands-on training, or simulations as required for this job classification this includes all the covered task modules for Operator Qualification.  Incumbent must qualify in all covered tasks in their classification and satisfy all applicable requirements under State and Federal law.  Must have a valid drivers license.  May be required to work shift work, staggered work week, holidays, overtime, be on call and be available for emergency response as directed.
