This per-diem opportunity will help provide coverage (i.e. vacation, evenings, sick-time, etc) as needed to our outpatient imaging center in Victorville and on-call coverage to an urgent care facility. As a Sonographer you''ll:* Perform professional general, OB/GYN, breast, abdominal, vascular, and other ultrasound exams on incoming patients.* Assist our radiologists with ultrasound guided biopsies if needed.* Recognize and document abnormalities and anomalies.* Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.* Complete all paperwork associated with technical procedures.* Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patient procedures.* Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.We''re looking for experienced and professional candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient general, OB/GYN, breast, small parts, vascular, and abdominal ultrasound procedures.
