Verbally fluent in English and Spanish-recommended DUE TO BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH COMPANY CLIENTS. 2. Write in English-mandatory. 3. Class C Drivers License AND MUST HAVE CURRENT DMV PRINTOUT OF CLEAN DRIVING RECORD-mandatory. 4. Can operate equipment backhoe/dozer preferred. 5. Ability to read maps and find addresses mandatory. 6. Previous irrigation experience landscape contractor or on-farm preferred. 7. Lives WITHIN 30 miles from Armona DUE TO ON-CALL/EMERGENCY CALLS ATTRIBUTED TO NATURE OF BUSINESS and have a vehicle available to get to/from work DUE TO NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ACCESS OF JOB SITES-mandatory. 8. Has some experience managing at least one other employee preferred. 9. Willing to work until 200 PM on Saturdays everyday start time is 700 AM. 10.
