JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Perform work involving the skills of maintenance mechanic to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting boiler making insulating welding machining carpentry repairing electrical or mechanical equipment installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Perform Planned Maintenance on production and building equipment.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Repair or replace parts as needed on all equipment.
Report any needed parts/supplies to supervisor.
Operate welding, cutting, and machining equipment.
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
Ability to diagnose, repair and calibrate equipment using schematics and electrical test equipment.
Install and set up machinery.
Light fabrication as needed.
