The Field Technical Specialist will take a lead role in the design, development, and implementation of the field training curricula for Integra Spine. This position will support global Spine strategic objectives and limit uncertainty by preparing agents, representatives, and Integra employees to succeed in a dynamic environment.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Primary responsibilities are to:* Act as company representative to train sales personnel on products, sales skills, and company policies and procedures. Act as ambassador of company culture to field personnel.* Design, develop, and consistently improve field training program content and materials* Research and create curricula to meet the needs of all levels of sales/service associates* Provide technical assistance in the operating room to hospital personnel, including scrub techs, circulators, and surgeons, using Integra Spine products. Administer assistance within the policies and procedures set by the hospital.* Collects new ideas from surgeon designers and submits them through the New Ideas process for evaluation by product marketing, engineering, legal, and regulatory* Participate as needed in surgeon educational training programs, including webinars and cadaver labs* Provide support to sales representatives who need approvals and certifications for entry into a hospital* Provide on-going evaluation of curriculum and content to identify needed areas of adjustments to align with company objectives* Develop field training materials ensuring all materials and programs are learner focused, interactive, effective, and user friendly. Materials should include competitive information and may include Orthobiologics in addition to Spine.* Perform duties within budget and according to Integra policies and procedures* Collaborate with Integra personnel to successfully launch new materials to aid in field training initiatives
