We are looking for employees with a positive outlook who are focused on the future and want to provide excellent service.ISSi is currently looking for consulting employees to be available ?on call for surge and other intermittent work. Consulting employees have the advantage of potentially being exposed to several diversified and exciting projects. Depending on the project, we may hire as an employee or a 1099 consultant. Consulting employees will be given priority consideration for longer-term regular positions that may open up within the company.If you are energetic, flexible, and love a challenge, this is a great opportunity for you!Duties: This position will be responsible for:Develop Environmental Management Program(s) so that the environmental objectives and targets can be achieved.Oversee the development and implementation of the document management program for the EMS.Oversee the development of applicable standard operating procedures related to the EMS.Manage and implement the EMS-related training program.Develop and conduct an audit program for the EMS, including the development and implementation of corrective action tracking.Conduct management reviews of the EMS.Regular review of the EMS manual and other controlling documents so that the program is up to date and reflect current work activities.Qualifications: B.A. in Engineering or Science-related field.A minimum of 5 years experience in the development and implementation of an EMS for the engineering/construction industry.Experience in or knowledge of ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systemsGood interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated.Computer literate.Share this Job: Share
