Requirements Essential/Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience
Thorough knowledge of commercial equipment finance underwriting.
Overall knowledge of credit practices and policies.
Knowledge of commercial equipment finance practices.
Knowledge of title perfection practices.
Knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code UCC rules and regulations.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with brokers and customers.
Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and formulas for credit analysis.
Ability to use financial analysis software.
Ability to persuade and influence.
Leadership ability to guide and direct support staff.
Comments
Overtime FLSA status is subject to periodic evaluation. This job may be reclassified at the discretion of Human Resources or Bank management.
